Project Management
On behalf of the client, organize the management of the project implementation for the whole process or the specific stages. Assist the client to sign the contract with the EPC company or the other related parts as survey, design, supplier or construction companies. To carry out the supervision of the contracts implementation.
Insure the project goes successfully during all the links as design, purchasing, construction and commissioning. To control the budget as “Safety, Quality, Schedule, Investment, Settling”, and focus on the project management of integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, human resource, communication, risk, purchase, accounts settling and final settlement etc.
Procurement Consulting Service
To save the cost and reduce the investment, based on the big database and good understanding for the domestic suppliers and manufacturers, QualiSafeTech can assist the clients to finish the work of inquiry, commercial and technical bidding documents, bidding evaluation etc. And also, QST can integrate the quality services to the client after finishing the purchase for the whole process manufacturing supervision and inspection.
